Christopher R. Wright, CPP - President
Christopher is President of Alert Security and is a founder of the company and a Certified Protection Professional. Chris has gained security experience and knowledge from his service in the Army as a Military Police Officer and from his employment with private security companies. Chris has sixteen years of progressive security and law enforcement related experience and has a degree and two certificates of achievement in Administration of Justice.

For years the world has recognized a need for competent professionals who can effectively manage complex security issues that threaten people and the assets of corporations, governments, and public and private institutions. As the emphasis on protecting people, property, and information increases, it has strengthened the demand for professional managers. To meet these needs, the ASIS International administers the Certified Protection Professional program.

Nearly 10,000 professionals have earned the designation of CPP™. This group of professionals has demonstrated its competency in the areas of security solutions and best-business practices through an intensive qualification and testing program. As a result, these men and women have been awarded the coveted designation of CPP™, and are recognized as proven leaders in their profession.

Mark Witt - Senior Vice President Operations
Mark is one of the founders of Alert Security and has over eighteen years of experience that he obtained in the military and private security industry. Mark served eight years on active duty in the US Army Infantry as an infantry Squad Leader and two years in the Reserves as an ROTC Instructor. He has been in the security industry for nine years with experience ranging from Security Officer to Account Manager. Mark is currently responsible for managing all aspects of guard and patrol operations in the region.

John Peckenham - Market Development
John is responsible for growth in the Nevada market. He has 15 years experience marketing private security services in both the Southern and Northern Nevada areas. John’s education and experience enable him to propose client need based security solutions that provide the client with cost effective security staffing. His long term goal is to establish long term business relationships that are mutually beneficial to the client and to Alert Security.

John had account responsibility for security in the following market categories; Residential/HOA/Gated Communities, Retail Malls and LP Staffing, Distribution Centers, MSHA Certified Mining Security and State and Federal Government Security Projects.

Robert Nolan – Vice President Operations Nevada
Bob is responsible for overseeing the daily operations in Nevada. Bob has over 23 years in the safety/security industry. Bob started in this field as a military police officer specializing in physical security while serving three and a half years in the US Army. After his military tenure, Bob worked as a branch manager for the nation’s largest security company, where he had many accolades and became one of the most respected security professionals in the state of Nevada.

Denny McClintic - Patrol Manager
Denny was born in Portland Oregon then moved to Los Angeles California where he graduated from high school. Denny attended two years of College and his study major was business management and industrial psychology.Denny left college to work for his father who was the owner of a security company.Denny worked as a guard then transferred to the patrol division.Denny worked his way through the ranks and eventually assisted his father with the daily management of the company. He introduced Denny to all elements of business development as well as the strategies to grow. Upon his retirement, he sold the company and Denny moved back to Portland to continue to pursue his security management career.

Candra Gaydeski - Receptionist/Human Resources
Candra moved to Portland in January of 2009 to attend school at The Art Institute of Portland and to get her degree in graphic design.  She has completed 3 years at Centralia Community college where she played volleyball and earned her Associate of Arts degree.  She was born and raised in Forks, Washington and graduated from Forks High School.
